This crew got lucky during the removal of this oil circuit breaker after it tipped toward the operating mechanism. Fortunately no one was hurt because this could have ended very differently!

Crane Tip Over
This incident occured when an operator did not lower
all of the out riggers when lifting a small piece of cable tray.

Electrical Contact
This incident occured when an operator moved his basket
too close to a 60 KV circuit. He was lucky in that his manlift was grounded properly and that the circuit relayed immediatley. He suffered no injuries.

SUV vs. Circuit Breaker
This incident occured when a 3rd party vehicle
crashed through the fence and struck a circuit breaker.
